My Story

A therapeutic bodyworker, yoga instructor, and wellness professional who engages my work with a deep fascination for the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit.

Since becoming a licensed esthetician in 2012 and massage therapist in 2013, I have had the opportunity to intimately witness how stress and trauma can wreak havoc on the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual bodies.

Through my work, I have also witnessed firsthand the transformative power of therapeutic touch, mindful movement, and holistic care in fostering healing and wellness.

My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Whether through massage, yoga, or wellness guidance, I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where clients can reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and cultivate a deeper sense of peace and overall well-being.

“When a body is in my hands, I let wholeness pour through…”

— adrienne marie brown

Founded in 2020, The Love Ethic is an initiative born out of desire to become a more compassionate, informed, empowered, and embodied provider of wellness services. As a bodyworker, I’ve always had the desire to do work that not only feels good—that actually is good.

After learning about the work of activists such as Cara Page, Adaku Utah, Prentis Hemphill, adrienne marie brown, and others who operate at the intersections of liberation work and collective care, I wanted to create a platform that gave me an opportunity to educate and uplift others while also providing services, practices, and resources for healing.
