My Story

A therapeutic bodyworker, yoga instructor, and wellness professional who engages my work with a deep fascination for the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit.

Since becoming a licensed esthetician in 2012 and massage therapist in 2013, I’ve had the opportunity to intimately witness how stress and trauma can wreak havoc on the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual levels.

Founded in 2020, The Love Ethic is an initiative born out of desire to become a more informed, empowered, and embodied provider of wellness services. As a bodyworker, I’ve always had the desire to do work that not only feels good—that actually is good.

After learning about the work of activists such as Cara Page, Adaku Utah, Prentis Hemphill, adrienne marie brown, and others who operate at the intersections of liberation work and collective care, I wanted to create a platform that gave me an opportunity to educate and uplift others while also providing services, practices, and resources for healing.

“When a body is in my hands, I let wholeness pour through…”
